One brokerage for the whole journey
Most brokerages end at the transfer. HFO is built around what happens before and after it. Brokerage services are delivered by HFO International Real Estate LLC under its RERA licence. Everything after the keys is delivered by licensed partner companies within the HFO group, and your HFO adviser remains your single point of contact throughout.
Fees are agreed in writing before we start, with no hidden charges. Brokerage commission follows RERA rules and is stated in your contract (Form A or Form B) before any viewing or listing.
Services marked as partner services are delivered by licensed partner companies within the HFO group and coordinated by your HFO adviser. Each partner holds the licence required for its activity in Dubai. HFO International Real Estate LLC provides real estate brokerage under RERA ORN 52726.

Buying advisory
For Buyers and investors, resident or abroad
We start with your goal, not with a listing. Yield or capital growth, own use or letting, Dubai resident or remote owner. Then we shortlist communities and buildings we would buy ourselves, negotiate, and run the transaction through DLD.

Selling
For Owners in Dubai or abroad
A written market appraisal based on comparable DLD transactions, a marketing plan and a buyer network in the UAE and German-speaking Europe. We handle viewings, offers, MOU and the transfer, including for owners who are not in Dubai. Where a lender or court requires a formal valuation, we arrange it through a RERA-registered valuer.

Partner service, HFO group: AJ Property Care Service
For Owners who do not want to manage day to day, especially owners abroad
Tenant sourcing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, DEWA and chiller, monthly statements and an annual overview. You see everything and do nothing. Property care services are delivered by AJ Property Care Service, a licensed partner company within the HFO group, with Nica Ignacio as your day-to-day contact and your HFO adviser coordinating.

Partner service, HFO group: STRATIQ Property Observer
For Off-plan buyers at completion
Before you accept the keys, a licensed inspection partner in the HFO group checks your new unit on site: finishes, MEP, water pressure, AC, doors, windows, waterproofing. A photographed defect list goes to the developer and your HFO adviser follows up until it is closed.

For Owners with property of AED 2 million or more
The 10-year residency through property investment. HFO advises on the qualifying property and the DLD valuation letter; the application itself, medical, Emirates ID and family sponsorship are processed by Emerge Business Services, the licensed PRO partner in the HFO group, and coordinated by your adviser. Conditions and timing explained before you commit, not after.
