Properties for sale in Dubai
Completed apartments, townhouses and villas across Dubai, checked by HFO before they go live: title, service charges, tenancy status and building condition. Every listing carries its RERA advertising permit.
How buying with HFO works. You tell us the goal, yield, capital growth, own use or Golden Visa eligibility, and the budget. We shortlist communities and buildings we would buy ourselves, arrange viewings in person or by video, negotiate, and run the transaction through the Dubai Land Department: MOU, deposit with the registration trustee, developer NOC, transfer and handover.
What it costs. The DLD transfer fee is 4 percent of the price, plus trustee and title deed fees. Brokerage commission is customarily 2 percent plus VAT, agreed in writing before any viewing. Mortgage buyers add a bank valuation and registration fee. We put the full number in front of you before you offer.
Buying from abroad. Roughly two thirds of our clients bought their first Dubai property without visiting. A notarised power of attorney lets us represent you at the MOU and the transfer, and our partner companies handle handover, utilities and letting afterwards.
Our listings are being prepared for publication. Tell us what you are looking for on WhatsApp and we send you matching units, including off-market options, within one working day.
