Most brokerages end at the transfer. For HFO clients, the transfer is the middle of the relationship. Whatever ownership in Dubai throws at you, from a developer letter to a service charge dispute, one message to your adviser is enough. The work itself is done by licensed partner companies in the HFO group.

Handover and snagging
On-site inspection by our licensed inspection partner before you accept the keys, photographed defect list, follow-up with the developer until closed.
Utilities and move-in
DEWA, district cooling, internet, access cards, community registration. One visit by AJ Property Care Service, done.
Developer correspondence
Completion notices, payment reminders, community rules, owner association matters. We read them and tell you what to do.
Service charges
We check the annual budget, question unusual increases, and handle payment on your behalf if you wish.
Insurance and maintenance
Home insurance, annual AC servicing, emergency repairs through licensed, vetted partners.
Portfolio review
Once a year we sit down with you: what each unit yields net, what it is worth now, and whether to hold, refinance or sell.
How it works in practice
- You have one adviser and one WhatsApp thread. No ticket system, no call centre.
- Everything we do for your property is documented in a shared folder: inspections, invoices, correspondence.
- For properties under care with AJ Property Care Service, ownership support is part of the property care agreement. For other HFO buyers it is included in the first year and available on a retainer afterwards.
